Veeam and Microsoft Announce Strategic Partnership to Enhance Data Protection Solutions
SEATTLE, March 07, 2024– Veeam® Software, a leading provider of Data Protection and Ransomware Recovery solutions, has announced a five-year strategic partnership with Microsoft to develop innovative data protection solutions. This partnership will focus on integrating Veeam’s product family with Microsoft Copilot and AI services to enhance customer protection.
One of the key highlights of this partnership is the introduction of Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. This new solution aims to provide advanced data protection capabilities to organizations facing cybersecurity threats, outages, and natural disasters. By combining Veeam’s backup and recovery expertise with Microsoft’s scale and innovation, customers can ensure cyber resiliency for their data.

Additionally, new backup and recovery capabilities for Microsoft Azure and migration to Veeam Data Cloud hosted on Azure will be launched as part of this partnership.
